Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure safety, compliance, and standards are met; suggest improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage resident retention and respond promptly to service requests.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and vacancy inspections.
  • Work with Regional Manager on budgets, financial reports, and revenue collection.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property team members.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • 3-5 years of property management experience.
  • Ability to travel for training and business purposes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and customers.
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management.
  • Background in Accounting/Finance or Licensed Property Manager.
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
Work Schedule:

9 am - 6 pm, Monday-Friday, with possible weekend work to meet business needs.
