Role Overview:

  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure standards and compliance with safety, industry, and legal regulations; suggest improvements for efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze market and economic trends to develop marketing and leasing strategies aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage resident retention by responding promptly to residents and addressing service issues; monitor resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, verify unit statuses, and ensure timely responses to resident requests.
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager on budgets aligning with owner objectives; monitor expenses and purchase orders.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports; review income and expense statements; manage revenue collection and delinquent accounts.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property team members.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Ability to travel for training and business purposes
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word/Excel) and technology
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, motivating, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people and customers

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • Background in Accounting/Finance, CAM, or Licensed Property Manager
  • Yardi experience is a plus

Work Schedule: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with possible weekend work to meet business needs.
