Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist with daily and month-end reporting, including accurate resident ledger reporting.
  • Post rent, collect on delinquencies, manage evictions, create and post POs, and handle daily deposits.
  • Secure and manage lease renewals and prepare new lease paperwork for final approval.
  • Inspect the community daily, address issues, and verify property conditions meet company standards.
  • Assist in hiring and training new team members as needed.
  • Monitor resident satisfaction through various communication methods.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the property and competitors in the area.
  • Oversee property operations and staff in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Assist with leasing duties, including touring prospective residents and preparing lease agreements, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong marketing background
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups in a collaborative setting
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
  • Experience in bookkeeping and account reconciliation
  • Experience in the property management industry
  • CAM/Licensed Property Manager certification
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

Work Schedule: Generally 9 am - 6 pm, Monday-Friday; additional hours including weekends may be required.
