Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Kellinger Greene in Lewisberry, PA. You will oversee daily operations, lease apartments, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver excellent resident service.

We require 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. LIHTC/Section 8/HUD experience and knowledge of Fair Housing are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required; ESOP benefits and 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD) preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure superior resident retention.
• Lease apartments: greet prospects, show units, take applications, verify income and credit, and renew certifications.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency tracking, and court proceedings as needed.
• Maintain the community’s curb appeal and confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control, and monitor operating expenses.
