Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for Alston Park in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform general and emergency maintenance, handle turnover tasks, and support residents with a focus on safety and quality living environments.

You will work on-site with a team, including after-hours on-call duties, and participate in OSHA10 training while upholding company standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Snow removal during snow events and after hours/weekends.
• Maintain a customer-centered service culture with residents and colleagues.
• Turnover of apartments: cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing, and repairs as needed.
• Assist with inspections and OSHA10 training as required.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and PPE.
