Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) in Tempe, AZ. You will oversee maintenance, operations, and staff to deliver five-star service across our luxury multifamily communities.

Lead a team, manage budgets, and partner with leasing and maintenance to ensure cost control and high resident satisfaction while driving revenue growth and securing dependable operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum community manager experience required
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000- $80,000/year
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
