Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations in Tempe, AZ, to oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury multifamily community. You will manage rent strategies, operating expenses, and team performance to deliver five-star service and strong financial results.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a community manager and 3+ years in luxury multifamily operations, with coaching ability and proficiency in Resman or Yardi. This is an on-site role at Emerson Mill Ave in Tempe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum community manager experience
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is desirable

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000- $80,000/year
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

Requirements

• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

In This Role You Will

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
