Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operational experience as a Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting.
• Lead and develop onsite teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance across administrative and service functions.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen through budget management, expense control, forecasting, and overall property financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement property enhancements as needed.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 /year.


• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years operational experience as a Community Manager in luxury multifamily setting


• Lead and develop onsite teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance across administrative and service functions.


• Demonstrate strong financial acumen through budget management, expense control, forecasting, and overall property financial performance.


• Oversee capital projects and property improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.


• Monitor and analyze operational reporting, using key performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive property performance.


• Maintain strong knowledge of market pricing, competitive trends, and revenue strategies to support occupancy, retention, and financial goals.


• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.


• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.


• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.


• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

In This Role You Will

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset


• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning


• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.


• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
