Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead and develop a team while ensuring five-star service and smooth community operations, including maintenance oversight and financial performance tracking.

The role emphasizes revenue management, team coaching, hiring oversight, and property enhancements, with full-time, on-site duties and strong growth potential within a recognized employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily as a Community Manager.
• Lease-up experience highly preferred.
• Third party management experience required.
• BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000-85,000/year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
