Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations in Tempe, AZ, to oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury multifamily community. You will manage rent strategies, operating expenses, and team performance to deliver five-star service and strong financial results.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a community manager and 3+ years in luxury multifamily operations, with coaching ability and proficiency in Resman or Yardi. This is an on-site role at Emerson Mill Ave in Tempe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum community manager experience
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is desirable

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue by setting rent rates and managing expenses
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of staff
• Oversee hiring and employee performance processes
• Conduct regular property inspections and drive property improvements
