Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a capable Community Manager to lead a property team and drive revenue through leasing and marketing strategies. You will manage budgeting, financial records and lease enforcement while coordinating with owners and vendors.

A strong supervisor background in multi-family housing plus proficiency in Entrata/Yardi/OneSite is required. This role involves hands-on site management with regular weekend duties and a focus on safety, maintenance, and resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience
• Multi-family property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team; conduct regular evaluations.
• Meet revenue targets through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
• Perform budget modeling, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Maintain financial records, invoicing and reporting.
• Analyze market trends and implement property improvements.
• Enforce lease terms; manage inspections, evictions, and collections.
• Coordinate ownership updates and client meetings; vendor management.
• Oversee safety, maintenance standards and curb appeal; report issues.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
