Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks.
• Handle rent collection, invoicing, deposits, and reporting.
• Assist with leasing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Engage residents to promote satisfaction and safety.
• Provide updates to ownership and conduct property tours.
