The role emphasizes leasing support, vendor coordination, market analysis, and ensuring resident satisfaction while maintaining property standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Handles daily financial operations and recording in the property system.
• Reviews and processes vendor invoices for payment.
• Collects rent and other payments; performs bank deposits.
• Analyzes market trends and recommends property improvements.
