Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Starling Yard in Columbus, OH. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, financial performance, and daily operations to ensure a safe, welcoming, and compliant affordable-housing community.

You’ll work with residents, vendors, and a regional team to deliver exceptional service, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage operating budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments: handle inquiries, tours, applications, and deposits.

• Supervise staff and coordinate vendor/maintenance activities.
