Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD) preferred.
• Experience with property management software a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Manage resident relations, leasing, and compliance.
• Administer operating budget and expense control.
• Monitor rents, collections, and delinquencies.
• Coordinate inspections and capital improvements.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain safety.
