Lion Real Estate Group, LLC seeks a Community Manager for The Brentwood in Nashville, TN. The role leads onsite operations, drives resident satisfaction, and strengthens collections while managing renewals and occupancy.

You will mentor the onsite team, coordinate value-add initiatives such as renovations, marketing, and retention programs, and ensure adherence to budgets and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset and team orientation.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Manager to oversee operations at one of our multifamily communities, The Brentwood in Nashville, TN, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:
