Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Community Manager for Radbourne Lake in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and manage leasing, renewals, and collections to reduce delinquencies.

You will lead and develop the onsite team, partner on renovations and marketing, and ensure adherence to budgets and performance targets. This role requires strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• bilingual required (English and Spanish).
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
