Job summary

Friedman Real Estate in Lawrence, KS, is seeking a high-energy Residential Property Manager to establish and maintain relationships with residents and be the face of our community.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, rent collection, leasing of new apartments and renewals, reporting, and overseeing on-site contractors, marketing, and facilities management. You will supervise maintenance and administrative staff and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• AP/AR and rent collections duties.
• Interact with residents and manage on-site relationships.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Oversee on-site contractors and facilities management.
• Lease of new apartments and lease renewals.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing activities.
