Friedman Real Estate is seeking a proactive Community Manager for our residential properties in Florissant, MO. You will be the face of the community, handling leasing, resident relations, and on-site operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi experience is highly preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AP/AR and rent collections.
• Interact with residents on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports.
• Oversee on-site contractors and maintenance staff.
• Handle marketing, facilities management, leasing and lease renewals.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
