Friedman Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Residential Property Manager in Lexington, KY. The role emphasizes being the face of the community, handling AP/AR, rent collections, and regular reporting while coordinating on-site contractors and marketing efforts.

Leasing responsibilities include new leases and renewals, with supervision of maintenance and admin staff. The ideal candidate brings energy, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, plus valid driver’s license and proven property

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Property management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• AP/AR responsibilities and rent collections.
• Interact with residents on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
