Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a high-energy Residential Property Manager to serve as the face of our community. You will manage AP/AR, rent collections, resident relations, and vendor oversight, while driving leasing and renewals and coordinating maintenance and office staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP/AR and rent collections.
• Interact with residents and provide responsive service.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Oversee on-site contractors and facilities management.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for apartments.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
