Friedman Real Estate is seeking an energetic Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations at an apartment community. You will manage paperwork, show units, process applications, and assist with leasing and collections.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-family property management, familiarity with Yardi and CRM, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with MS Office is expected as part of daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Yardi and CRM preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, basic to intermediate.
