Friedman Real Estate in St. Louis is seeking a dynamic Residential Property Manager with 2–3 years of on-site experience to act as the face of our community.

You will handle rent collections, leasing, on-site vendor oversight, and regular reporting while delivering exceptional resident service. This role requires energy, multitasking ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• AP/AR management and rent collections.
• Interact with residents and address inquiries.
• Marketing, leasing of apartments and renewals.
• Oversee on-site contractors and maintenance staff.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Supervise administrative staff.
