Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support community operations. You will perform general maintenance in common areas, assist with repairs of mechanical systems, and respond to service requests while ensuring a high standard of resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, an HVAC/R background preferred, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential after-hours calls and a commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness for after-hours/emergency calls.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance in common areas.
• Available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments on time.
• Oversee maintenance and support occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide courteous service to residents.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
