Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance across our communities. The role involves general maintenance in common areas, on-call responsibilities, and timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC/R certification preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Execute service requests in occupied apartments per standards.
• Oversee all maintenance aspects prioritizing resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and provide courteous service to residents.
