Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support community operations, perform general maintenance, and respond to service requests with a focus on resident satisfaction. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends for emergency calls.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC/R certification preferred, and excellent communication to collaborate with residents, on-site staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management.
• Resourceful problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and on-call support as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments to standards.
• Oversee maintenance and prioritize resident satisfaction to support occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and provide 5-star resident service.
