Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform general maintenance in our communities. You will respond to service requests, maintain mechanical systems, and ensure resident satisfaction with on-call coverage as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, with HVAC/R certification preferred. Strong customer service and the ability to work with residents and staff are essential, along with basic computer skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated, able to set priorities and meet goals.
• Resourceful problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and organization.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Experience tracking inventory of materials and parts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle chemicals.
• Available for emergency calls at night and on weekends.
• Detail-oriented and focused on maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance support in common areas.
