Formación

• A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general grounds and home maintenance to keep community properties in good condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager promptly.
• Maintain and tidy community grounds, assist with landscaping tasks.
• Handle snow removal and seasonal maintenance as required.
• Communicate with residents and staff in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist with inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies.
