Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Groundskeeper for the Brookside community near Taylorsville, UT. The role performs general grounds and lawn care, plus basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, communicating with the Community Manager, and treating grounds to keep the area manicured. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator's license / driving record in good standing.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform job with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and common areas in good condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Interact with residents, visitors and staff with courtesy and attentiveness.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with approval.
• Maintain grounds: weed control, lawn care, shrubs, mulch, and debris removal.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Maintain maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies.
