Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across the community, performing routine, corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will assist with make-ready tasks and ensure timely repairs, while maintaining safe practices and excellent resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, buildings, breezeways and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Complete repairs and replacements for grounds and buildings as needed.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify hazards and safety risks.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Uphold safety standards and enforce community policies.
