Job summary

Ahp Management Corp in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Community Service Supervisor to oversee apartment maintenance, repairs, and unit make-readies. You will manage a team of technicians, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate preventative maintenance across the property.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in maintenance, strong carpentry/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and HVAC/CPO/EPA certifications are a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of multiple skilled trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• EPA Universal/CPO certificates preferred; HVAC/Freon certified.

Responsibilities
