Job summary

Columbia Residential Properties, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Community Service Supervisor to oversee general maintenance, supervise technicians, manage a budget, and ensure safe, efficient operations for the apartment community.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in maintenance roles, HVAC/Freon or EPA credentials, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train staff and coordinate make-readies, preventive tasks, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• Knowledge of skilled trades including construction/installation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrates a pleasant demeanor and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

• Oversees general and specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Supervises a team of maintenance technicians and assistants.
• Manages budget for cost-effective practices.
• Ensures safety procedures and correct use of equipment.
• Inspects property, prioritizes work orders, and reports status.
• Oversees make-readies, preventive maintenance, and projects.
