Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support daily maintenance tasks at the Beaverton, OR community. You will assist with routine and preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and help uphold safety and cleanliness of all common areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site work with occasional after-hours duties is expected.
