Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance tasks at our community in Wilsonville, OR. The role includes routine and preventive maintenance, ground care, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across common areas, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will respond to resident requests, participate in inspections, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of community areas and grounds.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities daily for hazards.
• Assist in maintaining a preventive maintenance program for the community.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety practices per OSHA guidelines and company policies.
