Responsibilities

Advocacy: assist clients to achieve goals and participate in activities of their choice.
Health Maintenance: provide care, track healthcare and administer medications as instructed.
Personal Care: assist with eating, grooming, dressing, bathing, mobility.
Life Skills Development: teach living skills and job preparedness.
Behavior Development: model desired behaviors and coach using BSP.
Scheduling: cover open hours and manage overtime within budget.
