Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) years’ experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to the appropriate program area would be preferred.

Responsibilities

Advocacy: assist clients to achieve goals and participate in activities of their choice.
Health Maintenance: provide care, track healthcare and administer medications as instructed.
Personal Care: assist with eating, grooming, dressing, bathing, mobility.
Life Skills Development: teach living skills and job preparedness.
Behavior Development: model desired behaviors and coach using BSP.
Scheduling: cover open hours and manage overtime within budget.
