Cardinal Services, Inc. of Indiana is seeking a Residential Supervisor in Warsaw, IN to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home and supervise Direct Support Professionals.

You will ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities, manage DSP scheduling and training, and document each individual's program plan while upholding health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous management experience and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Requirements:
• Valid driver's license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to transport individuals safely.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Manage DSP scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate management of individuals' funds.
• Oversee and document each individual's program plan.
