HCA - Helping Celebrate Abilities is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee designated Community Support Programs and ensure adherence to OPWDD standards. You will lead staff, coordinate hiring and training, and maintain essential program records while fostering collaboration with families and community agencies.

The role emphasizes developing individualized plans, ensuring safety, and maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a QIDP overseeing habilitation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services and 1–2 years with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience in an OPWDD program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Habilitation plans.
• Supervise Community Support staff and volunteers and resolve escalated issues.
• Participate in hiring and ensure staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend personnel actions.
• Coordinate staffing levels and approve time off requests.
• Adhere to OPWDD regulations and procedures.
• Oversee daily operation and record keeping for programs and participant records.
• Communicate issues to management and prepare required reports.
• Develop liaison with families and community agencies.
• Promote independence via the Individual Program Plan and ensure program safety.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
