Job summary

Hope-Haven-Inc. seeks a Community Living Supervisor to lead DSP staff, schedule and train, and ensure client-centered living plans are implemented across community sites. You’ll supervise staff, conduct meetings, and maintain compliant documentation in line with agency policies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, plus formal human services education or experience. A valid driver’s license and health assessments are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage programs.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP staff including scheduling, hiring, firing, and training.
• Conduct staff and client meetings as needed.
• Ensure implementation of client programs per Hope Haven policies and person-centered choices.
• Oversee training and support, maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and serve as on-call for emergencies.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
