Job summary

Inspired Living at Alpharetta seeks a Resident Experience Coordinator to manage resident activities, develop calendars, and coordinate events within budget. You will enhance resident engagement, oversee transportation, and collaborate with leadership to align programs with community goals.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in assisted living, and a passion for creating meaningful resident experiences through coordinated activities and outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or a field related to the position.
• Must have proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing by meeting with new residents within 7 days to determine activity levels.
• Create and manage monthly activity calendar and budget for activities.
• Coordinate and carry out resident activities daily within budget, promoting participation.
• Plan quarterly events that can support marketing efforts with Community Relations Director.
• Provide transportation for resident activities and coordinate outings and medical trips as required.
• Foster teamwork and initiative, supporting coworkers, residents, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
