Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is looking for a Resident Experience Coordinator to create engaging programs that connect residents and celebrate their interests. You will lead a monthly calendar of activities, coordinate outings, and foster a warm, inclusive community.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), proven leadership in assisted living, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in assisted living or senior living preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple activities and events.
• Comfortable working with residents with diverse abilities and interests.

Responsabilidades

• Get to know residents' interests and goals.
• Welcome new residents and introduce them to activities.
• Create and lead a monthly calendar of engaging activities.
• Coordinate daily activities, events, and outings.
• Build relationships with local partners and vendors.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing for quarterly events.
• Promote activities to increase participation.
• Manage the activities budget and supplies.
• Foster an inclusive, connected community.
