GreenTree Healthcare Management seeks an Activities Coordinator to lead daily events in our Assisted Living community. You will design creative programs reflecting resident interests and plan monthly calendars that include one-on-one and group activities to enhance well-being.

You will also manage EMR entries, update progress, and recognize residents' milestones. Strong organizational skills and ability to work within regulatory guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR certification.
• Active state driver's license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and/or oversee individual and group events daily to engage residents.
• Record and update information for the EMR including assessments and progress notes.
• Design creative events reflective of residents' needs and interests.
• Plan a monthly calendar with one-on-one and group activities to enrich well-being.
• Post and distribute monthly Life Enrichment calendars across the community.
• Acknowledge resident birthdays, anniversaries, and special accomplishments.
• Communicate Life Enrichment supply needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure events meet state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
