Galerie-Living-1 is seeking a Move In Coordinator in Alpharetta to develop relationships between the Senior Living Consultant and the community during the move-in process for new residents.

This role acts as a resource for information and ensures a smooth move-in while supporting tours, inquiries, and sales goals. It requires strong communication, organization, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living population is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connects with residents or parties to gather information on interests and hobbies.
• Serve as liaison between community and new resident during move-in.
• Prepare and file resident documentation per state requirements.
• Assist marketing with tours, inquiries, and sales goals.
• Verify forms and documents required before move-in.
• Describe amenities and benefits of Galerie Management community.
• Provide timely reporting to leadership on community relations and sales activities.
• Attend manager meetings and support executives as needed.
