Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will show, tour, qualify, and sign leases, greet prospects, and maintain leasing data and model units.

Regular onsite attendance is required and you will execute leasing paperwork, assist in lease audits, and support resident retention programs. The role emphasizes customer service, market analysis, and a positive community image.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate on-site leasing software and manage data.
• Knowledge of local Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-ups.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns.
