Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a property in the United States. The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. Regular onsite attendance and strong customer service are essential.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. The compensation package includes health benefits, 401K matching, and performance bonuses, with a salary range of $25–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Handle lease paperwork and conduct lease audits and turnover processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
