Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property.

You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, manage prospect leads, and ensure timely paperwork while upholding Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance is required and you will contribute to achieving leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Display property and greet prospective residents; conduct tours and sign leases.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in; maintain accurate leasing data and market surveys.
• Support in developing resident retention programs and organize promotional activities.
• Handle resident requests to ensure satisfaction and uphold community policies.
