Role Description

The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of a multifamily community. This position oversees leasing activities, resident relations, rent collections, and compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations. The Community Manager leads and supports on-site team members, including leasing and maintenance staff, to ensure high occupancy, strong resident satisfaction, and efficient property operations. Daily tasks include monitoring financial performance, preparing reports, coordinating marketing and outreach efforts, inspecting the property for quality and safety, and working closely with regional and asset management teams to execute the community’s business plan.
