Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated part-time Assistant Community Manager to help oversee residential properties in Jefferson, Whitewater, and Fort Atkinson.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affordable housing or property management and demonstrate excellent organizational and customer service skills. You will assist in day-to-day leasing and resident relations, coordinate showings, and support the Community Manager to maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with computer software applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Onesite software is a plus.
• Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility with working hours and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and team player.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Support administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain property standards and enhance resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate and process all lease paperwork for move-ins and renewals.
• Record and document all resident correspondence and reports to the Community Manager.
