Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a friendly, organized Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, build resident relationships, coordinate property needs, and support leasing and administrative activities.

Leasing or property management experience is preferred. This on-site role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a commitment to Fair Housing practices across Wisconsin communities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management or related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Proficiency with common office software (MS Office) and property management tools.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations and lease activity.
• Build strong resident relationships and address concerns timely.
• Coordinate property needs with vendors and maintenance.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
