Job summary

ACC Management Group is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Community Manager to support three affordable housing communities across Hazel Green and Platteville, WI. This scattered-site role requires travel between locations and a 24-hour work week with growing responsibilities in leasing, resident relations, and admin tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.
• Onesite software experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Effectively communicate property features and amenities to prospects.
• Answer questions from prospects and applicants in a timely manner.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to interested prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic during open office hours and address needs or complaints.
• Process lease paperwork and renewals in compliance with policies and Fair Housing.
• Coordinate and process all lease paperwork for move in/out.
• Collect rent per company procedures and policies.
• Maintain resident relations and document correspondence appropriately.
• Travel between Hazel Green, Platteville and other sites as required.
