Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showings and move-in readiness of complexes and vacancies.
• Communicate property features to prospects and answer questions promptly.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to interested prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic and address questions or concerns during open hours.
• Handle resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in lease paperwork and renewal notices per policy.
